1. About these Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “student” or “user”) and WeTraders Institute (“WeTraders”, “we”, “us” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the website https://ciyindia.com (the “Website”), our courses, workshops, live sessions, mentorship programmes, downloadable resources and community groups (together, the “Services”).

By accessing the Website, submitting an enquiry, enrolling in any programme or making any payment to us, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Data Protection Statement, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Who we are

These details are published in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• Our Services are designed for adults and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly enrol any person under 18. If we discover that a minor has enrolled, we will cancel the enrolment and delete the associated personal data.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information when enrolling, and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your participation complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. Our Services are offered primarily to residents of India.

4. What we do — and what we do not do

WeTraders is an educational institute. Our Services consist of teaching, training and skill development relating to financial markets — including price action, technical analysis, risk management, trading psychology, derivatives concepts and capital management — delivered through recorded lessons, live classes, worksheets, templates and mentorship.

Any illustration, chart, back-test, case study, trade example or market commentary shared during our programmes is provided solely to explain a concept or method. It is educational content, not a recommendation, and must never be treated as a call to action.

5. No investment advice; SEBI status

WeTraders Institute is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, nor as a Research Analyst under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, nor as a stock broker, portfolio manager or in any other capacity, unless a valid registration number is expressly displayed on the Website.

Nothing in our content constitutes investment advice or a research report within the meaning of those regulations. No adviser–client, fiduciary, agency or professional relationship is created between you and WeTraders by reason of your enrolment. You alone are responsible for every trading and investment decision you take, and you should consult a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser and a qualified tax professional before acting on anything you learn.

SEBI has cautioned the public to deal only with SEBI-registered intermediaries and to avoid unsolicited stock tips. If any person claiming to represent WeTraders offers you tips, assured returns, or asks you to transfer money or trading credentials to them, do not comply — report it to us immediately at support@ciyindia.com.

6. Your account

• Access to paid programmes is personal, non-transferable and limited to a single named student.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, links and one-time passwords confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Sharing credentials, seats, session links or materials with any other person is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination without refund.
• Notify us at support@ciyindia.com as soon as you become aware of any unauthorised use.

7. Enrolment, fees and payment

• Fees for each programme are stated at the point of enrolment. Unless expressly stated otherwise, fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be charged in addition at the prevailing rate.
• Payments are currently accepted by UPI or direct bank transfer to the account details we provide to you in writing. We will confirm receipt and issue a receipt or tax invoice to the email address you supply.
• Your enrolment is confirmed only when funds are received and we send you a written confirmation. A payment screenshot alone does not confirm enrolment.
• Always verify our bank or UPI details directly with us on our published phone number before transferring any money. We will never ask you to pay into a personal account belonging to an individual staff member or third party.
• Bank charges, payment-gateway fees, currency-conversion costs and any taxes deducted at source are borne by you.
• We may revise fees at any time. Revised fees do not affect enrolments already confirmed and paid for.
• Promotional pricing, scholarships and bundle discounts are offered at our discretion and may carry different terms, which will be stated at the time of the offer.

8. Course access and licence

Subject to full payment and your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to access and view the course materials for the access period stated for that programme, strictly for your own personal learning.

• Access periods, batch dates and session schedules are as published for each programme. Where no period is stated, access is granted for lifetime access from the date of enrolment.
• We may reschedule a live session, change a trainer, or update, improve or replace course content. Where a change is material, we will give you reasonable notice.
• Recordings of live sessions, where offered, are a convenience and not a guaranteed deliverable unless stated.
• Technical requirements — a stable internet connection and a compatible device — are your responsibility.

9. Intellectual property

All content forming part of the Services — including videos, slides, notes, worksheets, cheatsheets, journal templates, chart annotations, question banks, text, graphics, the WeTraders name, the bull emblem and all logos — is owned by or licensed to WeTraders Institute and is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and other applicable laws.

You must not, without our prior written consent:

• record, screen-capture, screen-share, download (except where a download button is provided), copy or reproduce any part of the Services;
• republish, resell, sub-licence, rent, lend or distribute the materials, including on messaging groups, cloud drives, file-sharing sites, social media or competing platforms;
• create derivative works, or use our materials to build or train a competing course, tool, dataset or model;
• remove or obscure any copyright notice, watermark or attribution.

Materials may carry visible or invisible watermarks tied to your enrolment. Unauthorised distribution is traceable and will be treated as copyright infringement, entitling us to terminate your access without refund and to pursue civil and criminal remedies, including injunctive relief and damages.

10. Acceptable use and conduct

In live sessions, community groups (including any Telegram or WhatsApp group we operate) and all interactions with our team and other students, you agree not to:

• post or solicit stock tips, buy/sell calls, assured-return schemes or unregistered advisory services;
• promote, advertise or recruit for any product, broker, service or scheme;
• harass, abuse, threaten, defame or discriminate against any person;
• share another person's personal data or trading credentials;
• impersonate WeTraders, our trainers or any other person;
• upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or interfere with the Website;
• use the Services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or securities fraud.

We may moderate, remove content and remove participants at our discretion to keep the learning environment safe.

12. No guarantee of results; testimonials

We make no representation or warranty that you will earn any income, become profitable, pass any examination or achieve any particular outcome from our Services. Results depend on your own skill, discipline, capital, risk appetite, time commitment and market conditions, all of which are outside our control.

Testimonials, reviews, screenshots and student stories displayed on the Website reflect the individual experience of those persons. They are not typical, are not verified as to trading outcomes unless expressly stated, and should not be read as a promise of similar results. Any figures shown regarding student numbers, session counts or years of experience are provided in good faith as approximations.

13. Third-party links, brokers and tools

The Services may reference or link to third-party websites, charting platforms, data providers, brokers or software. Such references are for convenience and education only and do not constitute an endorsement, recommendation or guarantee. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, pricing, availability, security or privacy practices, and your dealings with them are solely between you and them.

Where we receive any commission, referral fee or other consideration from a third party whose product is mentioned in our content, we will disclose that fact at the point of mention.

14. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, eligible programmes may be refunded if a written request is received within seven (7) days of payment and the course content has not been substantially accessed. Please read that policy in full before enrolling.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms — in particular the intellectual property, conduct or payment provisions — or if we are required to do so by law. Where the breach is material (for example, piracy or credential sharing), termination may be immediate and without refund.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law — will survive.

16. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• we shall not be liable for any trading or investment loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, however arising;
• our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total amount you actually paid to us for the specific programme giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are unaffected.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeTraders Institute, its directors, employees, trainers and agents from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your infringement of any third-party right, your unlawful use of the Services, or your distribution of our copyrighted materials.

18. Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disaster, epidemic or pandemic, war, civil unrest, strike, fire, flood, power or internet failure, failure of a third-party platform, exchange or regulatory shutdown, cyber-attack, or governmental action. Where a live session is affected, we will reschedule it or provide a recording.

19. Grievance redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, our Grievance Officer is:

20. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the grievance procedure above, the courts at Kharagpur, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, and you and we submit to that jurisdiction.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, the law or our practices. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date and takes effect when posted. Where a change materially reduces your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students by email. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
